By placing an order or using the Tap2Print website (tap2print.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tap2Print is a sister company of HomeShop20.com. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and business operations are reserved by HomeShop20.com. GSTIN: 06AIZPD7933Q1Z9.

Tap2Print provides custom printing services including but not limited to: business cards, banners, brochures, stickers, apparel, packaging, and gifts. All products are custom-made to order.

• You are responsible for ensuring your artwork files are correct before placing an order. • We perform a basic pre-press check but are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files (spelling, colours, bleed, resolution). • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. • For digital proofs, approval must be given in writing (email) before production begins.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (GSTIN: 06AIZPD7933Q1Z9). • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are billed at the price shown at checkout. • Payment is required in full before production begins. • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. • COD orders carry an additional ₹50 handling charge.

• Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from artwork approval. • Express options are available at additional cost. • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners. • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Standard shipping charges apply below this threshold. • Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner. • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.

• We do not accept returns on custom-printed products unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the approved proof. • Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. • Approved claims will be reprinted at no charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion. • We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

• Tap2Print is a sister company of HomeShop20.com. All rights reserved by HomeShop20.com. • You warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, and content submitted for printing. • You indemnify Tap2Print and HomeShop20.com against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in your submitted files. • We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap2Print's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
